Final Fantasy XIV open beta results in server error

The open beta for Final Fantasy XIV was launched on 1 September PDT 7:00PM and the overwhelming responses have resulted in Square Enix’s server floods..

Lucky registrants who managed to escape the server error should be enjoying the game by now, while many others will be stuck at the error page. If you are interested in the open beta, head over to Final Fantasy XIV, choose your region and hit “Apply”. If you’re lucky you may avoid seeing the error.

šŸ˜¦ are people still getting this error? 4 computers and they all get it immediately… No Load time.. just straight into the error like its a direct link.

yeah the error still persists, keep trying and if the server manages to free up a slot then you’re lucky. I managed to get a registration code with this method.
